Engineer Supervisor

Marriott is seeking an Engineer Supervisor to lead facility operations at our hotel. In this on-site role, you will supervise a team of engineers maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and associates. You will manage preventive maintenance, respond to repair requests, coordinate vendors, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with hotel leadership, you’ll prioritize projects, support energy-efficiency initiatives, and develop team members within Marriott’s people-first, service-focused culture.
