Certified Nursing Assistant

Ontario Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The CNA will support residents with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and comfort, while assisting with vital signs, documentation, and rehab-focused services. Working within a resident-centered, team-based culture, you’ll partner with nursing, therapy, and support staff to promote dignity, safety, and quality of life.
