About This Job

Accounting & Finance Rotational Associates are a part of a two year rotational development program within the Accounting and Finance organization. This role is designed for recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Economics who are eager to build a strong professional foundation through hands on experience across multiple business units. Participants rotate every 4–6 months through core functions such as General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Internal Audit, and special projects, gaining broad exposure while identifying a preferred area of specialization.

Throughout the program, the A&F Rotational Associate completes meaningful operational, analytical, and project based work while developing both technical and professional skills. Each A&F Rotational Associate is paired with a mentor aligned to their area of emphasis and participates in weekly mentorship sessions, monthly cohort trainings, and cross functional collaboration. At the conclusion of each rotation, participants present process improvement or automation opportunities to senior Accounting and Finance leadership and contribute to the implementation of efficiency initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in multiple Accounting and Finance rotations, completing assigned duties and meeting defined SMART goals

  • Perform entry‑level accounting, financial analysis, and reporting tasks under the guidance of business unit leaders

  • Document job tasks, procedures, and turnover materials to support operational continuity

  • Identify process improvement or automation opportunities and develop actionable implementation plans

  • Prepare and deliver formal presentations to program cohorts and senior management

  • Meet weekly with an assigned mentor to develop technical, analytical, and soft skills

  • Complete core competency requirements for each rotation and demonstrate readiness for advancement

  • Collaborate with cohort peers on cross‑functional projects and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Participate in training sessions, recruiting events, and other program‑related activities as needed

Successful A&F Rotational Associates are proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication and analytical skills. The role offers a clear path to long‑term career growth, and upon successful completion of the program, participants may be eligible for placement into a full‑time Staff Accountant or Financial Analyst position within the organization.
