24-hour shifts -- 8 hours in-house, 16 hours on-call as NP backup
6 - 8 patient encounters per shift
14-bed ICU setting
In-house nurse practitioner support
Requires both in-person and remote rounding
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
