Position Summary:

As our Production Support Administrator, you will be a critical hub for our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for supporting the administrative portion of production, ensuring a smooth flow of work from order release to completion. Your primary duties will include expediting job folders, organizing key production data, and supporting the creation and maintenance of AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.

This position reports to the Production Support Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
  • 1-2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing is highly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization and meticulous documentation.
  • Must work well in a team environment and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications is preferred.
  • Experience with an MRP/ERP system (e.g., Syspro) is a plus.
  • A basic understanding of the manufacturing process and product realization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Are You Our Next ACE?
  • Expedite new contract folders throughout departments, ensuring the review and release process is completed in a timely manner.
  • Create, log, and maintain AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Organize and file all production in-process build photos and other quality-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support Document Control with filing and revisions when requested.
  • Support Packaging and Receiving departments when requested to help meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
  • Focus on driving Safety, Quality, and Productivity in all tasks.
  • Collaborate with all departments (Management, Production, Quality, etc.) to have a positive impact on the organization.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.

This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for working on the 2nd shift. The company also offers a competitive variety of benefits, including a referral bonus and a sign-on bonus.
