We're looking for a Service Technician who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their work, and values teamwork, customer service, and continuous growth. Whether you're restoring comfort during an emergency repair or preparing an apartment for a new resident, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming community people are proud to call home.

Pay & Benefits:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Up to 50% Rent Discount
Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
$15.00 Per Day On-Call Pay

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• Respond to service requests with professionalism, urgency, and a resident-first mindset
• Complete preventative maintenance and apartment turns to deliver exceptional living experiences
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Support emergency maintenance needs, including participation in an on-call rotation
• Build positive relationships with residents through dependable service and clear communication
• Help create an environment where residents feel cared for and proud to call Green Lake Apartments home

What You Bring:

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between local communities as needed
• HVAC/EPA Certification highly preferred
• Maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, or related environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
