• Night shifts -- 6 pm - 6 am, 6+ shifts per month
• Shifts often scheduled in groups of 4 consecutive shifts
• 2 - 3 patients per hour
• Hospital-based emergency medicine setting
• Hospital privileges required
• Procedures: lacerations, I&Ds, pelvic exams
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
