Weekend callback rate: 16%; response time within 20 minutes
80% low-risk pregnancy, 20% high-risk pregnancy, 20% c-section
Must take hospital call for L&D and occasional GYN ED calls
Hospital privileges required
ACLS certification required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
