Houston Methodist seeks an experienced RN II for our LTAC IMU to provide advanced, compassionate care to medically complex patients. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage high-acuity therapies, and deliver evidence-based interventions while closely monitoring patient status. The RN II collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensure safe transitions of care, and support patients and families through education.
