Rehabilitation Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse Rehab Nurse to provide high-quality care to seniors in our faith-based rehab community. In this full-time role, you will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care and rehab plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to support safe recovery and optimal outcomes. You will educate residents and families, document accurately in the EMR, support CNAs and other staff, and uphold Bethesda’s mission of dignity, respect, and person-centered care in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
