Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Rula Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote, video-based psychotherapy to adults. In this fully remote role, you’ll conduct intake assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing individual therapy, primarily through telehealth. You’ll document in an EHR, coordinate care with psychiatrists and other clinicians, and ensure high-quality, insurance-covered behavioral healthcare. Ideal candidates hold an independent clinical license (no associates), have strong telehealth experience, and are passionate about expanding access to mental health services in a mission-driven, patient-first environment.
