Ensure parts are properly cleaned, powder-free, and meet quality standards.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>As a Machine Operator you will:</b></p> <p>· Operate, maintain, and prepare 3D MJF printers, processing stations, and build units for production.</p> <p>· Work closely with Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, Leads, and the Finishing Department.</p> <p>· Ensure printers meet uptime and productivity (OEE) requirements.</p> <p>· Perform media blasting and post-processing tasks according to job sheets and drawings.</p> <p>· Inspect parts for quality, verify features, and identify defects.</p> <p>· Report equipment issues and notify leads of any questionable parts.</p> <p>· Maintain equipment, media levels, and a clean work area.</p> <p>· Follow all safety procedures and promote a positive team environment.</p> <p>· Assist with various production activities and other duties as assigned.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>As a Part Finisher/Sorter you will:</b></p> <p>· Sort completed builds and jobs, ensuring accurate part counts.</p> <p>· Install part inserts and prepare parts according to job requirements.</p> <p>· Enter and maintain production and quality data in the QA database.</p> <p>· Work closely with MJF Supervisors and Program Expeditors to support production schedules.</p> <p>· Follow work instructions and specifications outlined on job sheets.</p> <p>· Visually inspect parts for defects and quality issues.</p> <p>· Reject non-conforming parts and create the necessary documentation/appended reports.</p> <p>· Ensure all jobs are processed and delivered to Quality Control and Shipping on time.</p> <p>· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</p> <p>· Promote a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.</p> <p>· Assist with miscellaneous production tasks and other duties as assigned.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>This is a full-time opportunity. </b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p> <ul> <li>A High School diploma or equivalent is required.</li> <li>Manufacture experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 1-3 year or related experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to read, understand, and execute work with detailed job instructions.</li> <li>Solid technical attributes.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Great organizational skills.</li> <li>Beginning Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li> <li>Ability to multitask.</li> <li>Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.</li> <li>Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Able to pass a drug test and a background check.</li> </ul> <p><font size="2"><b>Shift/Schedule:</b></font></p> <ul> </ul> <h3><font size="2">Machine Operator</font></h3> <ul> <li><b>Weekend 2nd Shift</b> | Fri–Sun | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM</li> </ul> <h3><font size="2">Media Operator</font></h3> <ul> <li><b>Weekend 1st Shift</b> | Fri–Mon | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM</li> <li><b>2nd Shift (Swing)</b> | Mon–Fri | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM</li> <li><b>2nd Shift (Nights)</b> | Fri–Sun | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM</li> </ul> <p><font size="2"><b>Part Finisher / Sorter</b></font></p> <ul> <li><b>1st Shift</b> | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM</li> <li><b>Weekend 1st Shift</b> | Fri–Mon | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM</li> <li><b>2nd Shift</b> <b>(Nights)</b> | Mon–Thur | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Range: $21.00/hr</b></p> <p>Other positions also available</p> <p><b>Final QC Inspectors</b></p> <ul> <li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Pay: $22.00/hr</li> </ul> <p><b>Inventory Control Coordinator</b></p> <ul> <li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hr DOE</li> </ul> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
