Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Service central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil furnaces, gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems

• Complete preventative maintenance, seasonal inspections, and HVAC system evaluations

• Find system performance issues and clearly explain appropriate repair and upgrade options to homeowners

• Test electrical components, airflow, refrigerant levels, and system safety controls

• Use company provided technology to complete service documentation and reports

• Perform HVAC service according to local regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and established safety standards

• Keep your service vehicle organized and maintain a professional presentation in the field

• Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating system findings and recommendations

• High school diploma and technical school education

• 3 or more years of residential HVAC service experience

• Connecticut HVAC S1, S2, or D2 license preferred

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, and repair skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and dependable work ethic

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver's license

• Authorized to work in the United States
