Job Description:
Senior Clinical Lead: Early Intervention
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for submission and maintenance of Early Intervention Job Requisitions
• Complete interview process to place EI candidates in open positions
• Complete assigned activities required to issue employment agreements
• Complete all required candidate management documentation and data entry in required systems
• Collaborate with the recruiting team through individual and group meetings to ensure alignment on candidates, open positions, and position requirements
• Complete appropriate follow up activities to ensure that candidates move through the interview and onboarding phase efficiently and timely
• Work collaboratively with the Nyman onboarding team to support the candidate onboarding process
• Work with the EI Administrative Assistant to support Partner onboarding requirements
• Support university outreach, conferences and career fair activities
• Support clinical and mentorship initiatives for new graduates
• Provide clinical support to EI team in Philadelphia County
o Schedule and facilitate Therapeutic Options training including initial and re-certification trainings
o Maintain Therapeutic Options training completion data
o Facilitate New Hire Orientation process
o Complete ECO data monthly compliance requirement
o Oversee distribution of assessment protocols and test kits to clinicians
o Provide ongoing clinical support to field staff through consultation and observations in the field
o Support the EI Director in disseminating information to field staff
o Support the EI Director in completing all compliance requirements
o Assist the EI Director with implementation of service delivery initiatives and requirements
Additional Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Professional demeanor
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a clinician delivering preschool early intervention services
• Active Discipline specific license and/or certification
Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Office Location: 220 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, PA
• Travel Requirements
o Weekly travel in the field to support field staff
o Occasional travel to support career fairs, university outreach, conferences and clinical activities
