Job Description & RequirementsGastroenterology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $349.20 - $378.00This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity:Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. onsite; night call 3:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; weekends 24-hour call (7:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m.).Practice Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Department, call coverage, Level III trauma center.Type of Cases and Required Procedures: Gastrointestinal consultations, upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, inpatient and emergency gastrointestinal care, intensive care unit gastrointestinal bleeds.Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days.Electronic Medical Record: Epic.Certifications Required: Board Certified in Gastroenterology; Drug Enforcement Administration registration preferred and required for credentialing.Licensure Required: Active Colorado license or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification at time of submission.Facility LocationJust six miles from the state’s capital of Denver lies the thriving community of Westminster, set in a beautiful landscape of countless parks, trails and lakes.
