The Role at a Glance:
As the Enrollment & Student Success Coordinator - Admissions, you'll play a vital role in shaping the student experience from first inquiry through enrollment while helping future dental professionals take the next step in their educational journey. You'll lead and support a variety of admissions, recruitment, and student engagement initiatives, including applicant communications, campus visits, interview experiences, major student events, and outreach programs for the College of Dental Medicine. Working closely with prospective students, faculty, staff, and university leadership, you'll combine relationship-building, project coordination, and data-driven decision-making to support enrollment goals and student success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful experiences, building connections, and making a visible impact on the growth and success of a dynamic academic community.

In this role, you'll help attract, support, and engage future dental professionals through admissions, recruitment, and student success initiatives for the College of Dental Medicine. You'll coordinate applicant communications, interviews, campus visits, recruitment events, and key student programs while partnering with faculty, staff, and university leaders to create an exceptional student experience.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
