Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Homecare / PDN

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Hodgenville, KY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts.

Pay depends on the schedule, experience, and the skills required for each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members, and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
