Position Details

📍 Grand Junction, Colorado

💲 Pay Range: $29.50 - $38.52 per hour DOE

PRN Schedule

Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.

PRN Commitment Requirements:

  • Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
  • At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
  • Must maintain active employment status and complete all required training's and competencies

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
  • Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

✔ Current Colorado LPN License

✔ Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

✔ Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

✔ Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

✔ Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
