Inventory Coordinator I
Location : Minnetonka, MN
Weekend Shift: 5am-5:30pm, Fri-Sun (paid for 40) - $23.00 per hour
2nd shift: 3:30pm-2am, M-Thu - $24.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to production lines in a timely manner.
Job Duties:
- Kitting of medical device production orders in a clean room environment through accurately counting and documenting components to a work order
- Perform material movements both physically and systematically in SAP ERP system
- Performing Goods Receipts in SAP ERP system
- Demonstrate teamwork on a cross-functional team to meet goals
- Maintain a neat and safe work environment
- Communicate verbally and in writing
- Work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work in a warehouse using pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery
- Work overtime as required for business needs
- Read, understand, and follow company processes and work instructions
- Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training and PPE provided
- Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
- HS Diploma
- Cleanroom environment experience
- SAP experience is required
- Previous Inventory experience
- Some gowning will be needed to bring supplies to cleanrooms
- Need to have good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently - keep busy throughout and help with additional tasks as needed
- Will be on feet majority of day
- Lift 30lbs max
