Why Brent’s Heating & Cooling?

Brent’s Heating & Cooling has served Northern Minnesota for more than 20 years.

We're a smaller, family-owned company that believes in responsibility, professionalism, integrity, quality workmanship, and taking pride in doing the job right.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. We want technicians who diagnose problems correctly, give customers honest recommendations, and provide solutions they actually need.

For the right experienced technician, this is an opportunity to do more than run another service call.

Stay hands-on. Help strengthen the team. Work directly with an experienced local company. Build toward greater leadership and responsibility.

You don't need to already have "Lead" or "Manager" in your current title. If you're an experienced HVAC Service Technician who has become the person others rely on for difficult calls, technical questions, or guidance, we want to talk to you.

Ready for Your Next Step?

If you have the HVAC service experience and diagnostic skills we're looking for and you're ready for greater responsibility without leaving the field behind, apply today to Brent’s Heating & Cooling.

Brent’s Heating & Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.#yellow
