Clinical Assistant LPN

Essentia Health seeks a Clinical Assistant LPN to support patient-centered care in an ambulatory/clinic setting. In this role, you will room patients, obtain vitals, complete histories, and prepare patients and exam rooms for providers. You’ll administer medications and injections per protocol, perform basic treatments and point-of-care tests, document accurately in the EMR, and support care coordination and patient education. The LPN collaborates closely with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, upholding infection control, safety, and quality standards while contributing to a compassionate, team-focused work environment.
