Full job description
What You Will Do Daily:
- Processing Vendor Bills with Precision: Become an expert in handling and verifying incoming vendor invoices.
- Strategic Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate directly with requestors to confirm the receipt of goods or services, ensuring seamless operations.
- AI deployment: Come deploy your AI knowledge into real world impact with a fast growing software company
- Mastering the Financial Trifecta: Skillfully match vendor bills to corresponding purchase orders and goods received, optimizing our financial flow.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and swiftly resolve any discrepancies, keeping our financial records spotless.
The Experience You Will Need:
- Currently Enrolled and Driven: Pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in standard computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office Suite – your toolkit for success.
- Exceptional Communicator: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, crucial for internal and external interactions.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.
