AMN Healthcare has been retained to identify a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established, hospital-employed practice in Muncie, Indiana. This opportunity offers the ability to practice the full spectrum of otolaryngology while pursuing subspecialty interests within a respected academic-affiliated health system. Physicians benefit from strong referral relationships, advanced clinical resources, dedicated support staff, and an established regional presence. With significant patient demand, minimal local competition, and access to both outpatient and surgical settings, this position provides an exceptional opportunity to build a thriving practice while delivering high-quality care across East Central Indiana.
Opportunity Highlights
- Hospital-employed position within a nationally recognized health system
- Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests including head and neck surgery, rhinology, otology, laryngology, facial plastics, and allergy services
- Join an established team of experienced Otolaryngologists
- Strong referral network with referrals from employed and independent providers
- Only otolaryngology practice in the county and one of only two programs across seven surrounding counties
- Mix of clinic, operating room, and procedural work
- Dedicated advanced practice provider and experienced support staff
- Approximately 18-25 clinic patients daily plus established surgical volume
- Favorable 1:4 call schedule with limited after-hours burden
