The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who likes figuring out what’s wrong and making it right. You’ll keep our 415-unit community running smoothly and our residents happy. A typical day might include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
• Responding quickly to service tickets and following through to completion
• Keeping interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and compliant with company standards and applicable laws
• Keeping residents and office staff informed with clear, friendly updates on repairs

What You’ll Earn

• Base pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
• Housing perk: Up to 50% rent discount
• Commissions: Share in property staff renewal commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 every quarter
• On-call pay: $15 per day for carrying the on-call phone
• Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision

• Time off: Generous PTO, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Paid rotating on-call duty
• Availability for emergency situations
• Schedule may change based on business needs

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related experience (or equivalent education and experience)
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not required
