Food & Beverage Manager – Hotel

We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to help rebuild and lead the food and beverage operations at a full-service hotel in the Andover, MA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys developing teams, establishing procedures, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee two restaurant outlets and banquet operations
• Lead and develop approximately 25–50 front- and back-of-house employees
• Manage events ranging from small corporate meetings to large ballroom functions
• Re-establish operating procedures and service standards
• Oversee BEO execution, inventory, labor, beverage costs, and revenue goals
• Recruit, train, and build a successful food and beverage team

What We’re Looking For

• Hotel food and beverage or banquet management experience
• Proven success building and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations
• Hands-on, guest-focused leadership style
• Experience managing labor, inventory, beverage costs, and operational standards
• Ability to thrive in an operation undergoing positive change and growth

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$80,000, based on experience
