Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Fabricator/MIG Welder to produce high-quality precision sheet metal parts for diverse industries. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up and operate MIG welding equipment, and fit, tack, and weld components to tight tolerances. Responsibilities include using fabrication tools, performing basic measurements and inspections, and following safety and quality procedures. You’ll work in a team-based environment, support continuous improvement, and maintain a clean, organized work area while developing advanced fabrication and welding skills.
