Full job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality electro-mechanical assemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 4 days, 6am start but is flexible. 10 hours per day

What's the Job?

  • Maintain manufacturing processes to support safety, delivery, cost, and quality goals
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components, sometimes under a microscope, following detailed documentation and procedures
  • Inspect in-process products to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Apply 5S principles and lean practices to optimize work area efficiency
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and document non-conformances

  • Proficiency with common hand and electronic assembly tools
  • Experience with cycle count programs and problem resolution
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
