Novant Health seeks a Registered Nurse Floater to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units. As part of a collaborative, mission-driven team, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, document in the EMR, and coordinate care with physicians and allied professionals. You will support safe admissions, transfers, and discharges while adapting to varied patient populations.
