• 7 am - 7 am shifts with 24-hour call coverage
• 8 - 10 consults per day
• Half-day clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays -- approx. 6 patients per session
• Hospital setting -- privileges required
• General urology procedures required
• Few surgeries involved
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
