Full job description
UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and uniform service plant. You’ll plan and assign daily work for technicians, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment, and coordinate outside contractors as needed. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. You’ll train and mentor team members, support continuous improvement initiatives, minimize downtime, and partner with operations to keep production running reliably and efficiently.
