Full job description

Summary:

Serves as an integral part of the leadership team. Provides round-the-clock clinical leadership and administrative operational oversight for hospital-wide functions, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of patient care. This role serves as the administrative representative for nursing and hospital leadership during off-hours and is responsible for directing clinical support operations, including bed placement, staffing coordination, and interdepartmental workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License
  • 3-5 years of experience required

Pay Range: $51.47 to $79.78 (Based On Experience and Internal Equity)
