Primary Care Physician Location: Torrance, California
Compensation: $250,000 $280,000 base + bonus + equity
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM Minimal call Weekends off

You ll lead a high-performing clinical team and play a key role in shaping patient outcomes through compassionate, coordinated, and continuous care. Role Overview
Serve as clinical lead for a multidisciplinary team focused on high-touch care for seniors
Provide a mix of in-clinic primary care and home-based visits as needed
Coordinate closely with nursing, behavioral health, social work, and rehab team members
Focus on continuity and prevention, not volume-based metrics
Participate in a light call rotation (phone-only), covering only a few evenings or weekends per month
