Full job description

  • Position : Primary Care
  • Location : Watsonville, CA
  • Setting : Outpatient
  • Schedule : Full-Time
    • Monday-Friday
    • Patient contact - 36 hours
    • Admin - 4 hours
  • Call : Telephone call only
    • Very lightly and split between all providers
    • More secondary call as hospitalists usually take call first
  • EMR : Cerner
  • Patients load : 18-22(FM), 16-20 (IM)
  • Job Requirements : BC or BE in FM or IM
  • Compensation :
    • Base - 300K
    • Quality bonus - Up to 30K annually
    • Productivity bonus
  • Credentialing : Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
  • Benefits :
    • Full benefits for provider/family
    • Up to 125K signing bonus
    • Up to 25K relocation
    • 401k with match
