Join a physician-owned and physician-managed Emergency Medicine group we are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Waterbury Hospital Emergency Department
Waterbury Hospital is a 357-bed acute care hospital and ACS Level II Trauma Center serving central Connecticut. The Emergency Department treats approximately 45,000 patient visits annually and provides comprehensive emergency, trauma, stroke, cardiac, and critical care services. APPs work alongside experienced emergency physicians in a high-acuity environment with strong specialty support.

* Annual ED Volume: Approximately 45,000 visits
* ACS Level II Trauma Center
* Comprehensive Stroke and Cardiac Care Programs
* Approximately 36 hours of daily APP coverage
* Diverse patient population with broad pathology exposure

Candidate Requirements
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* NCCPA Certification required
* Connecticut PA license (or ability to obtain)
* Minimum one year of Emergency Medicine experience preferred
* Emergency Medicine fellowship training considered
* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a physician-led team
