Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Rep
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Pay Range: $21
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary based on operational needs)
What's the Job?
- Sort and organize daily orders for delivery or processing
- Verify order accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Assist with staging and preparing shipments
- Support general warehouse organization and workflow
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Requires Confidentiality
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or operations preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background check and drug test required
