About the Position

We are seeking an experienced CDL A Flatbed Driver to support dedicated OTR operations based in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $28 per hour, plus benefits
• Schedule: Leave Sunday AM to Tuesday/Wednesday - Home - Thursday to Friday - Home Friday PM
• Start Time: Between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Route Schedule: Home weekly

Job Details

• Route Type: Dedicated OTR deliveries
• Freight: Flatbed freight
• Equipment: Flatbed
• Handling: Light-touch freight handling, including securing loads with straps and unloading

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards
• Secure loads properly using straps and other required equipment
• Unload freight as needed (sometimes required using Moffett or boom truck)
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• No endorsements required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
