Aya Education seeks a Speech Therapist to support K–12 students in achieving their communication and academic goals. In this role, you will assess speech, language, and social communication needs; develop and implement IEP-aligned therapy plans; and deliver individual and small-group sessions, both in-person and virtually. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate strategies into classroom instruction, monitor progress, and adjust interventions.
