Wage: $17.75/hour

What You Get To Do:
The Program Supervisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality services to individuals by combining direct support responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support. This position ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered
- Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled
- Provide training for employees
- Conduct monthly staff meetings
- Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
- Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
- Some positions/locations may require your own personal vehicle and auto liabilityinsurance based on the role
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
- A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.
