Position Overview:

Are you a master of organization who thrives in high-energy environments? We are looking for a dynamic, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the operational backbone for our executive leadership team. In this high-visibility role, you won't just manage calendars; you will optimize the CEO and CFO’s time, orchestrate critical business workflows, and act as a key liaison across the entire organization. Work Environment:

At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI. You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively manage complex, fluid calendars, domestic travel itineraries, and meeting logistics for the CEO and CFO. Protect executive focus time while ensuring priority business items are addressed swiftly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external partners. Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate all aspects of Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, travel arrangements, meals, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage executive-led company events, leadership offsites, and special strategic projects from inception to completion.
  • Be available to support other Vice Presidents with administrative needs on an as-needed basis (travel, scheduling, expense reports), prioritizing CEO support.
  • Coordinate and schedule investor callbacks following quarterly earnings calls; manage logistics and scheduling for quarterly earnings calls in partnership with Chorus; and oversee CEO and CFO investor relations meetings outside of Earnings, ensuring alignment with priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ Years of experience
  • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a publicly traded retail or consumer goods company.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google (Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, excellent time management, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Direct experience coordinating IR activities, quarterly earnings preparation, and SEC compliance calendars is strongly preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Environment & Travel Expectations:

  • Travel is required for less than 10% of company-related meetings, programs, and/or events.
  • Sitting is required for 90% of working hours.
  • Standing is required for 10% of working hours.
  • Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (ie: typing)
  • Occasional reaching, twisting, and bending.
  • Noise level no greater than casual conversation.
  • Ability to perform work in cubicle workstations or an office setting.
  • Work in temperatures ranging from 65 - 75 degrees.

Position Compensation Outline

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000/year

This position is eligible to participate in the company bonus program.
