Join a growing Cardiothoracic Surgery program seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with femoral vein harvesting experience (radial harvesting preferred). This is an OR-focused position supporting a high-acuity cardiac surgery service line with additional CVICU coverage alongside dedicated critical care APPs.
Position Highlights

Advanced Cardiothoracic Program
- VA & VV ECMO, Impella, and IABP support
- Growing TAVR and minimally invasive valve program
- On-pump, off-pump, hybrid, and MICS CABG procedures
- Comprehensive thoracic and foregut surgery program
- Current volume of 250+ cardiac and 100+ thoracic surgeries annually
Compensation & Benefits
- $165,500–$240,000 base salary
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Paid call compensation
- CME allowance of $4,000 annually

- Generous PTO package beginning at 20 days annually
Qualifications
- NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery PA experience required
- New York license or eligibility
- Five years of CTS experience preferred
