Full job description
Pay : $11.75-12.25
Shift: Thursday & Friday 3p-8p, Sat &Sun 2pm-10pm

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 6 months of experience in patient direct care, or care coordination required. Group home care experience preferred
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license for at least a year and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass state background check, during pre-employment stage.
