Operating Room Technician

RWJBarnabas Health seeks an OR Technician to support surgical services in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The OR Tech will prepare operating rooms, ensure proper sterilization of instruments, assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, and maintain accurate counts and documentation. The role includes equipment setup, turnover between cases, and adherence to strict infection control and safety standards. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support quality improvement, and participate in ongoing training to advance skills and contribute to excellent patient outcomes.
