Equipment Risk Manager – Facilities Technology

FM is seeking an Equipment Risk Group Manager to oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for workplace and facilities technology across our client portfolio. In this role, you will lead a small team to evaluate equipment reliability, vendor performance, lifecycle risk, and compliance for FM’s software-enabled building operations. You will partner with product, implementation, and customer success teams to define risk standards, monitor key metrics, and respond to incidents. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, asset management experience, and the ability to communicate complex risk insights to technical and business stakeholders.
