Full job description

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Training, development, interviewing/hiring of staff
  • On the floor ensuring a smooth shift while exceeding guest expectations
  • Food safety knowledge and implementation
  • Ability to work with the rest of the leadership team to push the service standards above and beyond

Restaurant Manager Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years experience as a restaurant manager, steakhouse or fine dining experience required
  • High level of customer service skills with ability to listen, react, notify, and be empathetic.
  • Liquor and wine knowledge is a requirement
  • Knowledge of cost controls, inventories, and scheduling
