We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at our Saint Ann, United States location. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team while driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, optimizing store performance, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every time they interact with us.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees, creating a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages growth and accountability
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to company policies, and consistent execution of standard procedures
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance processes while maintaining accurate records and analyzing trends
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, maintaining our commitment to exceptional service
- Train and mentor team members on company standards, customer service excellence, and performance expectations to support their professional development
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements that drive store performance and profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that complies with all health and safety regulations
- Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions that optimize operations and identify growth opportunities
- Support and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
- Schedule staff efficiently, manage labor costs, and ensure adequate coverage to meet business demands
- Handle cash management, reconciliation, and financial reporting with accuracy and transparency
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skills, particularly under pressure
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands
- Solid math skills for inventory management, cost control, and basic financial analysis
- Budget management and financial acumen to support cost control initiatives
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills to address workplace challenges professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management (preferred)
- Experience with staff scheduling and workforce planning systems (preferred)
