Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Tech to support safe, well-maintained healthcare and housing facilities for our clients and staff. In this mission-driven role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building issues, and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. The Maintenance Tech responds to work orders, supports unit turnovers and minor renovations, and upholds safety and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with caring, interdisciplinary teams while making a direct impact on vulnerable individuals and families.
