Graeves Auto & Tire
Location: Olney, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus two Saturdays per month, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
Pay Rate: $34.00-$45.00 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: $70,000-$100,000+ annually
Typical Flagged Hours: 50-60 flagged hours per week

Graeves Auto & Tire is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Olney, MD, who can keep pace with a busy shop and turn quality work efficiently. With $34-$45 per flagged hour, typical production of 50-60 flagged hours per week, an air-conditioned shop, 12 lifts, and approximately 60 vehicles coming through each day, there is plenty of opportunity to stay productive.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general automotive maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose basic mechanical and drivability concerns.
- Complete brake, suspension, steering, and engine repairs.
- Document repair work and inspection findings using Shop-Ware.
- Maintain quality workmanship while keeping pace with a high-volume workflow.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Basic automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with general repair, including brake, suspension, steering, and engine work.
- Proven ability to produce efficiently in an automotive repair environment.
- Computer proficiency.
- Professional and organized approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive, productive approach in a high-volume shop.
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat-rate pay of $34.00-$45.00 per flagged hour.
- Typical technician production of 50-60 flagged hours per week.
- Estimated earning potential of $70,000-$100,000+ annually. Actual earnings depend on productivity under the stated flat-rate pay plan and are not guaranteed.
