Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Saturday - Monday (6PM-6AM)

Location: 30 Distribution Dr, Elizabethtown, PA 17022

Pay & Incentives
Earn up to $750 in incentives as a seasonal team member at ECFC- including a new hire incentive and a reliability incentive for strong attendance. Full details available once hired.

• $21.45/hour starting pay
• Shift premiums up to $3/hour (Shift Premium)

• Saturday - Monday, 6PM - 6AM (+3/hour Shift Premium)

What You’ll Do:
• Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders
• Rotate through tasks within your department as needed
• Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Complete receiving/shipping documentation as required
• Follow standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities
• Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues

You Own This if You Have:

• The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50 lb boxes without difficulty
• Experience operating a forklift, order picker or other Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) is a plus
• The ability to drive productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• A commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$21.45 - $23.20 Hourly
