Loan Operations Analyst – Collateral Monitoring Releases

Brief Overview of Position
The Collateral Monitoring Releases position within the Collateral Control Group is responsible for the release of collateral documents, removal of collateral ticklers and coordination of archiving the collateral files.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and timely release of collateral from paid off loans
- Processing of collateral releases for paid loans
- Processing of collateral release requests not related to paid loans
- Cancellation of third-party vendor services related to the loan
- Preparation of release documents as needed
- Communicate and interact with the Business Units, Title Companies and Attorneys
- Send release documents out for recordation to County or State as applicable
- Analyze and perform maintenance and input into Tickler Tracking system as appropriate
Qualifications
- Effective understanding of bank operations and regulations
- Effective customer-service skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset, focused on results with critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate insights and best practices
- Ability to analyze current processes and procedures for improvement and efficiencies
- Ability to multi-task on multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial services organization
