Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Doctoral degree required
• Home health experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday - Friday
• Coverage area: Jackson County
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
• Key responsibilities include physical therapy visits, start of care, PT evaluations, recertifications, return of care, and supervisory visits

Location Highlights
